Conditions of withdrawal, returns and exchange.

You may return or exchange within a maximum of 1-2days for customers within lagos and 2-3days for customers outside lagos.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging . Items must not contain any evidence of wear & stains.

Please allow 2-3 working days to process your refund once item is received by our representative.

If the above is not adhered to when you make the return. Urbanvibes London reserves the right to return the item back to you.

Also we cannot accept returns that are over 3days.
